What is tourtiere?
Tourtiere (tor-tee-air) is a savory pie, a family tradition in French Canada. Quality meat and spices are cooked in a pie shell and served warm or room temp. It's like pot pie - only better. What makes it better you ask? Lots of love and Fred's cucumber relish. Our tourtieres are already baked. All you need to do is reheat in a 350F degree oven until hot.

Potted Pork??
Yes! Potted pork. Ever had pork rillette? Same thing. Don't let the name fool you. He can get all fancy with the wording but it is what it is - pork in a pot. And Fred's is to die for. It really is. Keep refrigerated. To enjoy, just let it come to room temperature or gently warm in low oven. A jar will last 3 months in your fridge unopened. Once opened use within 1 week.
